Description:
During installation of archlinux, ping command is not able to ping any sites and I'm also not able to download any packages which are required for installing archlinux.
My wifi card : Intel AX201
I have tried the following:

- I have tried running dhcpcd, editing resolv, disabling and enabling services like systemd-resolved, running the ip command and everything that is mentioned in the network config page on archwiki.

Disabling the adapter(using ip link)and enabling it again returns an error, saying 'iwlwifi : Unhandled alg 0x3f0707'

The output which I get when trying to install a package is a long list of errors saying:
''not able to install <package name> from <mirror>, could not resolve host''

Additional info:
* package version(s) : I have tried this on the latest version of archlinux and also previous versions and the issue persisted in all of them
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
- Try pinging a website or downloading a package during installation

Note : I'm able to connect to network but not able to do anything which requires to use my network
