becuase avogadrolibs should be well build so that avogadro can be built, but the fact is that avogadro now can not be built with official repo avogadrolibs

Please explain in detail what you're trying to do. The AUR package you linked uses avogadrolibs-git, so what does that have to do with the official avogadrolibs package?
