cryptsetup since 2.4 supports plugins in /usr/lib/cryptsetup/ and systemd 250 will put plugins like:
libcryptsetup-token-systemd-fido2.so libcryptsetup-token-systemd-pkcs11.so libcryptsetup-token-systemd-tpm2.so

let's add them to the initramfs hook sd-encrypt, for the hook to continue to work.

Sorry, I misread the NEWS, expected this to behave different. (And was not aware of this bug before.)
Fixed in cryptsetup 2.4.2-2.
