Additional comments about closing: Cannot find a "catia" pkg...maybe part of cadence these days? We're now on python-311 so assuming this is no longer an issue.

As this is actually a packaging bug in the sense that it is related to the python 3.10 rebuild, I will rename this ticket and assign it to the catia package.
