syslog-ng's python destinations don't work, as python module is linked against python 3.9, while the system has 3.10

Additional info:

# pacman -Q syslog-ng
syslog-ng 3.35.1-1
# pacman -Q python3
python 3.10.1-1
# ldd /usr/lib/syslog-ng/ | grep libpython3 => not found
