Description:

Python-poetry errors when running it without the package `python-typing_extensions` installed.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 1.1.12-2
* config and/or log files etc.
$ poetry
[...]
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'typing-extensions==3.*,>=3.6.0' distribution was not found and is required by clikit

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install `python-poetry`
2. Run `poetry`
