at least since v6.21 cups printers are not detected until lib32-libcups has been installed Suggested solution: add lib32-libcups as a package dependency Additional info: * package version(s) since 6.21 * link to upstream bug report, if any https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52122 Steps to reproduce: On a system with cups printers 1. Install wine 6.23 without lib32-libcups 2. run notepad 3. open print dialog, no printers available 4. install lib32-libcups 5. run winecfg 6. run notepad 7. open print dialog, printers available |

@AndreasS is wine 8.0-2 any better?
There have been many printing related fixes since 8.0.
And there is a major improvement in 8.9: the PostScript driver is also implemented as PE binaries, i.e. Windows-native executables.

But lib32-libcups is not in depends/optdepends. Only cups (64-bit) is in optdepends.
I think the lib32 counterpart should also be added to optdepends at the least.
to the just-uploaded wine-8.10-1 and wine-staging-8.10-1 packages.
Maybe with a description: needed for printing.
