Description:
POP3 mail retrieval in Kmail is broken after the 21.12.0-1 upgrade. I am unable to fetch mails with kmail using POP3.

Unable to login to the server "outlook.office365.com".
Could not login to outlook.office365.com.
The server terminated the connection immediately.

Akonadi POP3 Resource failed to connect to pop3 gmail

Steps to reproduce:
* Upgrade kde-apps to 21.12.0-1
* Start kmail
* Press "Check Mail" on Kmail to fetch from from outlook.office365.com using POP3
* Mails do not fetch and kmail gives a connection error
* Error messages on konsole during during an attempted connection are given above.
