FS#72915 - Why is needed to manually install gedit-plugins just to be able to zoom in-out text?

Description:
I wanted to just zoom in/out the text with Ctrl + and Ctrl -, but nothing happened. I found out that I have to manually install gedit-plugins and then manually enable "Text size" plugin in gedit preferences. Why is this necessary? Shouldn't this basic task be enabled by default?? Additional info: * package version(s) 40.1 |

This has nothing to do with Arch. Please complain upstream
