The bug is quite old, but I wasn't sure if it's DE-related
or application-specific. The first attempt to dig deeper is
                    made in
https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/17118 Description: I have plasma installed and have tested blender, cura, keepassxc, and telegram. Neither of these applications handles the Shift+Ctrl+Insert shortcut to paste the selection. Additional info: * package version(s) are in attached file `versions` Steps to reproduce: * Install any of the mentioned packages from official repos * Try Shift+Ctrl+Insert. It doesn't work * Try to use some side static binary, e.g., cura-appimage-bin or telegram-desktop-bin * Try Shift+Ctrl+Insert. It works I'd be happy to provide more information, but not sure where to start. |

Forgot to mention, I use Xorg environment. Middle mouse button
              inserts the selection just fine

              Be it DE-related or application-specific, it's definitely not a
packaging issue. Please report this to KDE.
