Description:

When trying to shut down, all the messages appear ok (I have removed quiet splash from grub), then screen goes black, and it never actually powers off. The last thing in the journal is "Sending SIGTERM to remaining processes..." (see attached).

This started happening when I upgraded to linux-5.15.2.arch1-1. I have downgraded to linux-5.14.16.arch1-1 and it works fine.

Additional info:
* linux-5.15.2.arch1-1
* Hardware: Lenovo Ideapad 320-15ABR (I've attached the output of lshw)
* I'm dual booting with windows. Fast start and hibernation are disabled on windows. I can mount the windows partition and I don't get a message about an unsafe state and read-only mode. I did mess up the installation and I have two EFI partitions, which I didn't realize I wasn't supposed to do.

Steps to reproduce:

run
sudo pacman -S linux
sudo reboot now (probably starts breaking after the second time you reboot)

I apologize in advance if I'm missing crucial info/this problem was entirely my doing.

I have the same problem since the update of the kernel 5.15.2-arch1-1
I'll downgrade too.

I've been trying different kernels, and the problem is already there with mainline linux 5.15rc1-1.
