clone3 call from newer glibc is not allowed in the default profile,
coud this patch be backported: https://github.com/moby/moby/pull/4268 ?

The link appears to have been truncated, I think https://github.com/moby/moby/pull/42681 is the pull request you are referring to. However, this patch has already been backported to docker 20.10.10 (https://github.com/moby/moby/commit/567c01f6d157cf6c1f39d68e9ca62e76d7834558), so I don't think that's the problem. Could you describe what your actual issue is, please?

I was trying to run a fedora35 image and it failed, but it's ok now.

Maybe I did not have the latest docker package, sorry for the noise.
