DetailsFor the latest version of `python-opencv` I'm getting the following error:
``` ~$ python -c 'import cv2' Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 1, in <module> ImportError: libfmt.so.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory ``` The error is fixed by installing `fmt`. |

Can confirm, `libfmt` is required for `python-opencv`.
