Description:

The mpv package has removed it's libcaca dependency in septembre since there were security issues with it.
A new release has fixed those issues and is now in the repositories, the dependency can now be added back.

After a second thought, I'll revert this change. Indeed, `libcaca` did not have any upstream commits nor releases since 2021 and is orphaned on our side.
In its current state, it pretty much seems abandoned. Regarding to that and to the vulnerabilities it had in the past, I'd rather not add it back to `mpv` to be honest.

For what it's worth, users that care about `libcaca` support for `mpv` can install the `mpv-caca` AUR package.
