Everything is in the title :) !
It would be useful that libvlc.so is included into the binary package of vlc, as some other apps could use it (for instance homeplayer from AUR).
It could also be available in a separate package.

libvlc does not get build by default and also ther is only a setting for shared libvlc.dll on windows systems ...

Unless you are going to make a libvlc package, I'll make one. It is highly useful.

anyway, I'm highly against including it into the normal package .. it is a royal bitch as is ... :(
