Khal is not yet compatible with newer versions of pytz, so it will show deprecation warnings and sometimes break, as when creating events with a time associated. Upstream is aware and has also provided a workaround. Additional comments about closing: You have to rebuild python-tzlocal 2.1 against the current Python (3.10) (eg. use asp to checkout the package and then use Git to checkout commit 9bf39500ef4d84c0517e5c0029369b31a67677e8 and build a package) and then add it to IgnorePkg in your pacman.conf.

Guys, the offending package is actually `python-tzlocal`.
