DetailsStarting from the 470 branch, the NVIDIA driver .run package includes an additional library, libnvidia-vulkan-producer.so. This is a small helper library needed for the Vulkan Wayland WSI. It serves as an interface layer between the core 3D driver code and the Wayland platform library.
If this file is not present, native Wayland Vulkan applications will fail to initialize. Therefore it should probably be added to the nvidia-utils package. |
