Description:
The list of locations where dunst looks for its configuration file has changed from dunst 1.6.1 to dunst 1.7.0 (cf. [upstream release notes](https://github.com/dunst-project/dunst/blob/master/RELEASE_NOTES#L25). As a result, the configuration file provided by the package at /etc/dunst/dunstrc is not found anymore. I would suggest to add a symlink at /usr/etc/xdg/dunst/dunstrc pointing to /etc/dunst/dunstrc, or to add a compilation flag to modify the lookup path list. Additional info: * package version(s) dunst 1.7.0-2 * config and/or log files etc. Default package configuration, log: `WARNING: No configuration file, using defaults` * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: * Install dunst 1.7.0-2 * Run `dunst` |

The issue is that `SYSCONFDIR=/etc` was not part of the build
stage.
