DetailsDescription:
Fresh installs of Cura 4.11.0-1 fail to launch due to a lack of Python module UM. Running from terminal reports the Python error (below), while trying to run directly from the search bar results in nothing happening (no visible attempt to boot, buffering cursor, etc.). Additional info: * Version: 4.11.0-1 * Log file: none, as I don't think Cura gets far enough into launch to allow generation of the .local/share/cura/4.11 directory or any of its contents (but let me know if there is other information I can provide) Steps to reproduce: $ sudo pacman -S cura $ cura Error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/cura", line 21, in <module> from UM.Platform import Platform ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'UM' |

That's from uranium, which is a required dep. I would suggest taking this to the forums/IRC/mailing lists for support, as it doesn't seem to be a packaging problem.

I see. Whose mailing lists were you suggesting: Uranium, Cura, etc.?
