This is a tracking bug for an upstream issue in NeoMutt:
when trying to write an email with PGP enabled, NeoMutt
crashes directly after closing the email editor while trying
to open the compose menu. I just provided a fix for this
issue in the upstream pull request
https://github.com/neomutt/neomutt/pull/3090, which has not been approved or merged yet.
Additional info: * neomutt version 20211022-1 * link to upstream pull request: https://github.com/neomutt/neomutt/pull/3090 Steps to reproduce: 1. Start writing a new email to an arbitrary email address (make sure to fill out the "To" field). 2. Quit the editor to get to the compose menu. 3. Observe that NeoMutt aborts with a core dump while trying to open the menu. |

The suggested fix has already been merged \o/ Since this issue
potentially affects quite a few users, I suggest backporting the
commit until a new release is cut upstream. A suggestion for the
PKGBUILD is attached to this comment.
