Hi, I'd like to request a tier 2 mirror addition into the mirrorlist for the following mirror:

- Mirror domain name: kescher.at
- Geographical location of the mirror: Düsseldorf, Germany
- URLs for supported access methods:

https: https://de.arch.mirror.kescher.at/
rsync: rsync://de.arch.mirror.kescher.at/mirror/arch/

http will only redirect to https, therefore no service under http.

- Available bandwidth: Up to 1 Gigabit per second
- An administrative contact email: jeremy@kescher.at
- An alternative administrative contact email: jeremy.kescher@gmail.com (in case of a full outage of kescher.at)
- Currently syncing from: rsync://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/archlinux/

At some point I might start to add mirrors in different geographical regions, hence the prefix in the URLs.
