After upgrading systemd to 249.5-1 errors on shutdown/reboot started to show: [ 52.684081] watchdog: watchdog0: watchdog did not stop! [ 52.811684] sd-umoun[1115]: Failed to umount /oldroot: Device or resource busy [ 52.813048] sd-umoun[1116]: Failed to umount /oldroot/sys: Device or resource busy [ 52.814887] shutdown[1]: Failed to finalize the file systems, ignoring. this error persists after upgrading to systemd 249.5-2. Also worth noting is that this issue occurs on an optimus laptop with NVIDIA drivers installed. Additional info: package version(s): systemd 249.5-1 and systemd 249.5-2 link to similar issue: FS#63697 Steps to reproduce: Poweroff or reboot your system after upgrading from previous to systemd 249.5-1 or 249.5-2. |

I'm sorry I won't be able to bisect this since I'm not that tech-savvy.
