Description:
The .INSTALL script for `ttf-tibetan-machine` 1.901-11 [0] calls `mkfontscale` and `mkfontdir` without checking that those binaries exist. This prints some concerning-looking, but apparently harmless, error messages during installation/removal.

These binaries would be provided by `xorg-mkfontscale`, which is not a dependency of `ttf-tibetan-machine` since June 2020 [1].

[1] https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/commit/c766adcd6d92934efd49a6ca0fcc862aa5157cc3

Steps to reproduce:
On a machine without `xorg-mkfontscale` installed:

$ sudo pacman -S ttf-tibetan-machine --noprogressbar
[...]
installing ttf-tibetan-machine...
/tmp/alpm_y4cirX/.INSTALL: line 3: mkfontscale: command not found
/tmp/alpm_y4cirX/.INSTALL: line 4: mkfontdir: command not found
error: command failed to execute correctly
[...]
