Description:
The .INSTALL script for `ttf-tibetan-machine` 1.901-11 [0] calls `mkfontscale` and `mkfontdir` without checking that those binaries exist. This prints some concerning-looking, but apparently harmless, error messages during installation/removal. These binaries would be provided by `xorg-mkfontscale`, which is not a dependency of `ttf-tibetan-machine` since June 2020 [1].
