Hy, @thithib just realized that the *CAP_NET_RAW* file capability of `/usr/bin/ping` is missing. This cap is required in order to use the `-N` ping option from a unprivileged user. I don't know if this is a choice or a typo but the install directive of iputils's `PKGBUILD` is missing since commit `8d9211dcde`. Additional info: * package version(s) 20210722-1 |

My bad it seems to be a choice as explained in https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/63710, the $pkgname.install script should also be removed to avoid confusion IMO.
