Keyboard strokes often don't register in TTY when trying to log in. Password prompt says "Login incorrect" without pressing the Enter key. Prevents from logging into the system.

Additional info:
* Linux version 5.14.11.arch1-1
* Nvidia-DKMS version 470.74-1 (possibly relevant)
* Downgrading kernel to 5.14.9-arch2-1 fixes the problem

Steps to reproduce:
* Have no graphical login manager
* Upgrade to 5.14.11.arch1-1 via pacman
