Description:
seamonkey only uses python2 itself and only uses bundled packages hence python2-setuptools and python2-psutil are not used.
Bundled packages used include virtualenv, pip, wheel, setuptools, hglib, blessings, gyp, pyyaml, jsmin, configobj, psutil, pytoml and six.
There is no option equivalent to MACH_USE_SYSTEM_PYTHON=1 available under python3 compatible versions of mach and some of the packages used have already had their python2 bindings removed.
I would suggest dropping the python2 modules and only having python2 in makedepends until seamonkey uses a version of mach compatible with python3.

Additional info:
* seamonkey 2.53.9.1-1
