Details

Description:
After system update, digiKam won't start anymore

Additional info:
* package version(s): digikam 7.3.0-4


The error is:
```
$ digikam
digikam: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libdigikamcore.so.7.3.0: undefined symbol: _ZN2cv3dnn14dnn4_v202106083Net20setPreferableBackendEi
```

Downgrading `opencv-4.5.4-1` to `opencv-4.5.3-4` solves the problem.
