The man pages for cargo (and, eg: cargo-fetch) are missing.

The `rust` package does include those man pages, but it conflicts with this package.

I think it's impossible given the architecture of rustup and the fact that it downloads stuff to the user's home. The man pages end up in $HOME/.rustup/toolchains/$toolchain/share/man/man1.

There's no way that I know of to give the man command any kind of dynamic ability to figure out the path at runtime and there's no way I can put the stuff in place at packaging time.
