Detailslibretro-ppsspp now depends on ppsspp-assets (/usr/share/ppsspp/assets/), but still provides/use internal asset files (/usr/share/libretro/ppsspp/assets/).

Forgot to remove the lines that include the assets in libretro-ppsspp, thanks, however the assets in ppsspp-assets are correctly used.

No they are not used, the path in the patch is wrong.
