Details

Description:
The upgrade of vte-common to 0.66.0 introduces an error message triggered by the /etc/profile.d/vte.sh script

"-bash: declare: PROMPT_COMMAND: not found"

Additional info:
* vte-common 0.66.0-1
* bash 5.1.008-1

Steps to reproduce:
- Upgrade from vte3+vte-common to 0.64.2-2 to vte-0.66.0-1
- Run the bash shell with login (bash -l)
- See message
- Downgrade vte3+vte-common back to 0.64.2-2
- Run the bash shell with login (bash -l)
- Do not get message

The mentioned patch is applied since vte 0.66.1, so I assume it was fixed.
