Could you add the compilation flag --with-versioned-syms, and rebuild the package.
To solve "libtinfo.so.6 no version information available" issue

I uploaded this AUR package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ncurses-versioned/
It's just the ncurses package but with the relevant flag.
It requires receiving Thomas Dickey's public key (gpg --recv-keys 702353E0F7E48EDB), he's the maintainer of ncurses listed in the original PKGBUILD.
