Detailsengrampa can open RPM archive with rpm2cpio [https://github.com/mate-desktop/engrampa/issues/12].
install package rpm-tools and cpio will allow engrampa to open and manage RPM archive. engrampa package should list rpm-tools and cpio as optional dependencies for RPM archive support. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start from base arch with basic xfce desktop environment 2. install engrampa 3. try to open RPM archive, engrampa will report error "Archive type not supported." 4. install rpm-tools and cpio 5. try open RPM archive, engrampa will correctly open archive file. |
