Details

Description:
GNU octave uses `pdflatex` from `texlive-bin` when running `publish(FILENAME, 'pdf');`. The texlive-bin package is not in the optional dependencies list of the octave package.

Create any Octave file (even a empty file will work) and run `publish(FILENAME, 'pdf')` in Octave.
