GNU octave uses `pdflatex` from `texlive-bin` when running `publish(FILENAME, 'pdf');`. The texlive-bin package is not in the optional dependencies list of the octave package. Additional info: * package version(s) 6.3.0-1 * config and/or log files etc. - * link to upstream bug report, if any - To reproduce: Create any Octave file (even a empty file will work) and run `publish(FILENAME, 'pdf')` in Octave. |
