After upgrading iwd to version 1.18 I'm no longer connected to my home wifi when computer boots. Previous version works just fine. I managed to workaround the issue by just forcing disconnect and connect to the network with iwctl.

* /etc/iwd/main.conf

EnableNetworkConfiguration=true
AddressRandomization=network
