Description:

plocate package conflicts with mlocate, but does not 'provide' the latter instead.

Which causes things to kinda fall apart:
- '$ locate' command is gone, now gotta type extra 'p' letter prefix: '$ plocate', meh;
- unable to install tools like pacman-updatedb-hook^AUR because of missing dependency,
despite it would work fine with plocate's /usr/bin/updatedb.

Can we provide a symbolic link locate -> plocate, and add a 'provides' section in PKGBUILD?
It would marginally improve quality of life for plocate users.

Additional info:
* package version(s)

mlocate 0.26.git.20170220-7
plocate 1.1.11-1
pacman-updatedb-hook^AUR 1.0.0-2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install plocate
2. Have fun
