Description:

Video not available for Signal Desktop.

I noticed the error libva error: vaGetDriverNameByIndex() failed with unknown libva error, driver_name = (null) on the CLI.

Additional info:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Arch Linux with Wayland
2. Try to start a call with video on camera

I noticed the camera in Signal is working for me today. I'm still on v5.17.2 but probably some other libraries changed in a recent update.

The issue is happening for me again. I'm on version 5.23.1 now. Same error as above.
