That package hasn't existed in almost a month. The problem here is just that you need to update your system. The expired certs will be from a mirror.

Thanks. System update solve my issue. Still I probably should not have to update it. But ok. This solution works for me.

Arch doesn't work like Debian or whatever. Yes, you *should* have to update it. That's both normal and expected.
