This package installs an /etc/profile.d/ file ( mercurial.sh ) as executable unnecessarily; /etc/profile.d/ files only need to be readable since they are "sourced", not executed. It would be nicer to install it with 644 permissions (as most other packages do). All that needs to change is this line of the PKGBUILD file from: install -m755 "$srcdir/mercurial.profile" "$pkgdir/etc/profile.d/mercurial.sh" to: install -m644 "$srcdir/mercurial.profile" "$pkgdir/etc/profile.d/mercurial.sh" Cheers, emanuele6 |
