Additional comments about closing:  The build of official pkgs is only supported inside a clean chroot.

What is you build the package in a clean chroot using extra-x86_64-build from devtools? That worked for me, log attached.

Yes, clean environment.
I discovered the problem was locale: adding "en_US.UTF-8" the build goes fine.
Because I only have "en_GB" in my system.

Is it normal?
