Description:
firewalld now drops unnecessary capabilities when the capng python module is available.

https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/71565 provided the module for this reason, but the firewalld
package does not depend on it.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
firewalld 1.0.1-1

See https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/71565 for further info.

Ah, I forgot about it after https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/71565 is implemented. alucryd, mind to have a look?

Note that it's an optional dependency per upstream code [1] and RPM spec [2]. It may be good to make the dependency non-optional on Arch, anyway.

I agree. In fact, RPM 'Recommends' are installed by default, too, at
least by yum/dnf (unlike 'Suggests', which is closer to Arch
'optdepends').
