Details

Description:

The debugpy PKGBUILD removes the precompiled libraries [1] but runs setup.py with "--skip-build" [2].
This results in the package missing the required binary components.

Expected: /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/debugpy/_vendored/pydevd/pydevd_attach_to_process/attach_linux_amd64.so to exist.

The --skip-build flag is irrelevant here. Build is done inside build()
