You can get the 00401 version of otf-ipaexfont link from this page: https://moji.or.jp/ipafont/ipaex00401/
You can get the 00303 version of otf-ipafont link from this page: https://moji.or.jp/ipafont/ipa00303/
And can find all versions on this page: https://moji.or.jp/ipafont/
But still not find otf-ipamjfont new upstream.
