Detailsgnome 2.6 should ask for gtk2 and glib2 [the latest version]
IT DOES NOT. and confuses a lot of users [including me] also this warning everywhere Gtk-WARNING **: /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines/libsmooth.so: undefined symbol: GTK_IS_COMBO $ pacman -Qo /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines/libsmooth.so /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines/libsmooth.so is owned by gnome-themes-extras 0.6-6 and in the end a dep for gnopernicus doesn't exist for a week now :( [so gnome-extra group fails to compile] and if you're not clever enough to do pacman -S gnome-terminal, you get gnome 2.6 [if you get it working] and you don't have the gnome-terminal |
This task depends upon
this is an upstream bug, and i am not sure what to do with the version numbering yet...
and if you post a bug next time please make it multiple tasks, now i have 3 tasks in one bug it is a bit annoying... ;)
