Description:
Arch wiki suggests running `usbguard generate-policy > /etc/usbguard/rules.conf` on setup. Due to internal devices I'm not certain why this isn't just run on install, I would like to see it run on install. Obviously on updates it should generate a pacnew. Additional info: usbguard 1.0.0-5 |

If it can't be run automatically (due to security concerns)
perhaps the package could print it out instead. I'm bringing this
up because I did a reinstall and forgot to do it, and it later
caused a problem.
