Seems old files are not properly cleaned up. For example, I notice there are 4 chromium packages, two of which are empty files and one is from 2021-03-06. [1] Under extra/os/x86_64/ there are 1426 files listed with 01-Jan-1970 datestamps.

Could you look into why this is happening and fix it?

I fix it, wrong source or wrong attribute rsync maybe.

I try to use this command and fix some file : rsync -4 --progress -rlptH --safe-links --delete-delay --delay-updates rsync://mirror.aktkn.sg/archlinux/ /var/www/html/archlinux/
can you check again?

Seems better now. However, I still see some files with 01-Jan-1970 datestamps. These appear to be symlinks to non-existent files under /pool, e.g. [1].

The above issue also affects mirror.aktkn.sg, so you could try syncing from rsync://mirror.guillaumea.fr/archlinux/ (as your opening message designates as the upstream mirror).
