I can't boot the ISO while having systemd enabled. That means that I can boot it with the kernel argument init=/bin/bash, but trying to install Arch without systemd is not something I would want. For example I can't configure the network without systemd.
This only happens on my new computer, HP Pavilion TG01-2856no. I have secure boot disabled and have booted the USB in UEFI, I could confirm it after booting it without systemd. The boot doesn't get farther than "A start job is running for Wait for udev To Complete Device Initialization".
These are the launch logs I could get:

It lists OK on all of the things it then does. The logs are too much for me to type by hand, so I will provide pictures of the logs. I couldn't get a screenshot due to not being able to boot up the system. Pictures: https://imgur.com/a/oKGjZk7

@LeonScoretzka: Thanks for the report and sorry for the long time to respond.
I hope you were able to install Arch using a subsequent release of the installation medium.

The issue tracker for release engineering is going to be shut down. If you are still experiencing problems, please report them at https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/archiso/-/issues (archiso is used to create the installation medium you are using).
