Description:
When trying to boot archlinux-2021.08.01-x86_64.iso using hyper-v on Windows 10 (Version 21H1 OS Build 19043.1165), the boot process fails on step ":: Mounting '/dev/disk/by-label/ARCH_202108' to '/run/archiso/bootmnt' with the following error "ERROR: '/dev/disk/by-label/ARCH_202108' device did not show up after 30 seconds".

The iso file appears to get unmounted during this step. Remounting the iso (while VM is still running) and running 'udevadm trigger' followed by 'exit' fixes the issue.
