Description:
Why do some optdepends/makedepends (hdf5 qt5-base vtk glew) of opencv become depends of python-opencv? I didn't see them in the Debian's package or official build guide.

* package version(s): 4.5.3-4
* python3-opencv in Debian buster: https://packages.debian.org/sid/python3-opencv

Steps to reproduce:
1. install python-opencv will introduce hdf5, qt5-base, vtk and glew.
