DetailsDescription:
The misc directory of the SDK has been recently removed from the package (along with the test directory) This breaks the development environment for some target architectures, which need to have some go_xx_exec file in the PATH to run commands such as "go run" or "go test". An example is WebAssembly which needs to have the misc/wasm directory in the PATH to for "go run/test" to work. |

The missing `misc` directory also breaks `go tool trace`: https://github.com/golang/go/issues/48017
