Chromium based browsers will show GTK dialogs with plasma-browser-integration installed. By installing kdialog they will be KDE based. Therefore kdialog should be marked as a dependency to plasma-browser-integration. This has nothing to do with plasma-browser-integration, the code that calls kdialog is in Chromium itself, which already has kdialog as an optdepend.
